Bosnia without a new census: Population is rapidly decreasing

Bosnia and Herzegovina is lagging behind on many things, including the population census. It was supposed to be conducted two years ago, but it is clearly not a priority for the local authorities. This comes as no surprise, because the results would probably clearly reflect the effects of their policies – citizens are leaving, and the demographic picture is getting worse year by year.
