Bosniak Caucus ready to block BiH Parliament to preserve foreign judges in Constitutional Court

The Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) conditioned the work of Bosnia’s state institutions by amending the Law on the Constitutional Court of BiH. Efforts to "kick out" foreign judges from this institution have never been more intense. Republika Srpska (RS) entity authorities went so far as to pass decisions in the National Assembly on non-implementation of the decisions of the state Constitutional Court.
