US ambassador Eric Nelson met Bosniak member of Bosnian tripartite Presidency on Wednesday to discuss the situation in the country, with emphasis on the Euro-Atlantic path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A statement issued by the Presidency said they focused on the reform processes and obligations stemming from the European Commission's Opinion on BiH's membership application and 14 priorities that were outlined in that document.
The US Embassy briefly said the ambassador spoke to the Presidency member about the importance of taking “meaningful steps towards trust building in BiH and the critical role the BiH Presidency must play in promoting reforms that will lead to progress on the European path.”
