The City of Zenica, central Bosnia and Herzegovina, has published an international call for the sale of its former holiday resort in Duce, southern Croatia, for at least €5.25 million.
The call, published on the City's website on Monday, says that the resort is situated on the D8 Adriatic Highway section between Split and Omiš, about three kilometres from Omis.
The complex spreads over nearly 11,000 square metres of land and includes built facilities and full infrastructure.
The call specifies that the price cannot be below 10.2 million Bosnian Marks, or €5.25 million. Interested buyers are required to make a downpayment of €524,500.
The deadline for the submission of bids is 1 p.m. on 16 August 2024. The public opening of bids is scheduled for 2 p.m. on the same day.
