Bosnian football player Silvije Begic wants to leave Russia

The former player of NK Rudes Zagreb and FC Inter from the Bosnian border town of Posusje even planned to take Russian citizenship and wanted to play for their national team.

The war in Ukraine, however, changed his plans abruptly.

The Russian club purchased Begic from FC Orenburg in 2019 for 1.2 million euros.
