Bosnian international goalkeeper Begovic returns to Premier League

Begovic, called by Bosnian football fans as 'defence minister', is going to Liverpool from Bournemouth, where he played for Championship club AFC Bournemouth and was named the best goalkeeper of the league for the past season.

He previously played for Chelsea, Stoke City and Portsmouth.

Begovic played a total of 252 games in the Premiership out of the total of 394 games in his career.

He made his first appearance for the Bosnian national team in the 2010 World Cup qualifiers.
