A basketball court was officially opened in Portland, US, on Saturday, which was donated by Bosnia's best basketball player Jusuf Nurkic (28) and his foundation. 

Nurkić donated the court to the congregation of Portland, that is, to the Islamic Bosnian Educational and Cultural Organization (IBEKO), and this news was also announced by his club Portland Trail Blazers on their official website. 

BiH basketball star posted several photos from the opening on his official Facebook page with the description: 

“Basketball courts make our neighbourhoods stronger, communities safer. 

In addition to the basketball court, the children and everyone present had a good time with many wonderful people from my Portland club.” 

Nurkic recently donated a basketball court to children in Rwanda and one to the Bosnian city of Tuzla.
