BiH Presidency member Denis Becirovic stressed that members of the Jewish community are an "inseparable part of the history and cultural heritage of BiH." Becirovic stated that "Hanukkah, as a symbol of hope and perseverance, reminds us of the importance of preserving the universal values of peace, tolerance, and mutual respect," emphasizing that the holiday should inspire the strengthening of a society based on dialogue.

Presidency Chairman Zeljko Komsic extended the traditional greeting "Hanukkah sameah!" and wished the faithful to spend the holiday in family warmth and good health. "Regardless of the challenges we all face today, holidays bring us together and remind us of the importance of togetherness, mutual respect, and humanity," Komsic noted.

Presidency member Zeljka Cvijanovic also joined the well-wishes, addressing a message to all Jews and Jewish municipalities. "I wish that this traditional holiday of light, faith, and perseverance reminds us all of the enduring values of freedom, hope, and community," Cvijanovic highlighted.
