The State Prosecutor's Office has formed a case against Serb member of Bosnian tripartite Presidency Milorad Dodik, learns N1.
The interest in the criminal complaints against the Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik is “completely understandable,” the Prosecutor's Office told N1, confirming that the most recent one was submitted on October 18.
The case was formed upon the receipt of the first complaint, while other complaints are in the procedure, the Prosecutor's Office said, without specifying to what offence the complaint referred.
State prosecutor Dzermin Pasic earlier told N1 that he initiated urgent formation of the case against Dodik over his recent statement containing threats to the territorial integrity and the country's top institutions.
Previously, Dodik was subject of criminal complaint for genocide denial.
