Bosnia's best middle-distance runner Amel Tuka competed in the Diamond League in London, Tuesday evening, in an 800-metre race which he finished in the ninth position.
Tuka finished the race with a time of 1:46.25, while American Isaiah Harris finished first with a time of 1:44.76. the second place was won by a Kenyan runner Wyclife Kinyamal who finished the race in 1:44:91. Australian Peter Bol was third with a time of 1:45.22.
Tuka managed to finish the 800-meter section in Monaco in 1:44:85, which is close to his best time this season.
Tuka holds two national records: in the 400-metre with a time of 46:15 and in the 800-metre discipline with a time of 1:42:51.
