The Chair of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Council of Ministers, Borjana Kristo, held a meeting on Thursday in Sarajevo with Lord Stuart Peach, the United Kingdom’s Special Envoy for the Western Balkans.

During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the longstanding friendly relations between Bosnia and the United Kingdom. Chair Kristo thanked the UK for its ongoing support and assistance to BiH, particularly highlighting the aid provided in response to the devastating floods that struck the country in early October.

Lord Peach reiterated the United Kingdom's strong support for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s European aspirations. He emphasized the importance of diligent efforts in fulfilling the obligations required for advancing European integration.

The discussions also underscored a shared commitment to continuing reform processes aimed at enhancing stability, security, and economic development, not only for Bosnia but for the entire region.
