Bosnia's best tennis player, Damir Dzumhur, was defeated in the final of the Australian Open qualifiers by the Belgian Kimmer Coppejans with the result 2:0, in a match that lasted 60 minutes.
Dzumhur won only two games in the qualifying finals. The Belgian solved the first set in their favour with the result 6: 2, while in the second set was 6:0 for Coppejans.
The Australian Open will be played from February 8 to 21, and considering that Dzumhur reached the finals, it is possible that he will still play in the final tournament as a "lucky loser."
