Bosnia's national minorities say "Others" category misused, seek electoral reform without constitutional changes

Representatives of the Council of National Minorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina have argued that the constitutional category of "Others" has been misused, effectively excluding national minorities from political representation at higher levels of government.
