November 25, celebrated as Statehood Day in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be a public holiday in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy announced on Wednesday.
The Law on the Proclamation of November 25 as Statehood Day designates this date as a national holiday, during which government authorities, institutions, and other legal entities will not operate.
In accordance with the law, Statehood Day is observed exclusively on the holiday itself.
"Considering this, the FBiH Ministry of Labor and Social Policy informs the public that Monday, November 25, 2024, will be a non-working day," the Ministry stated in its announcement.
