The British Time Out has ahead of the new tourist season created a list of the most beautiful European cities for a city break in 2022, including one Bosnian city into the list of the top destinations.

Bihac met the Time Out's criteria, which said for the 16 cities on the list they were picked ‘because of their excellent food, culture, nightlife and community spirit – the things that have always made Europe’s cities such great places to be’, carries Daily Mail.

This northwestern town was thereby grouped alongside some of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe such as Spanish Valencia, Italian Milan, Czech Brno, and Dutch Rotterdam.

A perfect day in Bihac, they suggest, would look like this:

“Wake up among the islands and sculptures of Japodski Otoci before exploring the waterfalls of Una National Park, ending with food and drinks at gorgeous riverside restaurant Kostelski Buk.”

Time Out also suggests the trip should take place around March 1, Bosnia's Independence Day, when the weather gets a little better and perfect to visit.
