Participants include children from kindergartens, elementary and high schools in Zenica and Sarajevo, who will share poetry, songs and messages of peace. Special guest is Afan Mulić, the boy from Zenica who captured public attention by selling lemonade to raise funds for Gaza. Recently, he financed a water tanker for residents of Gaza.
Dobročinstvo BiH, active for nearly a decade, continues to support Palestinian families in Bosnia and Herzegovina and provide humanitarian aid. Its campaign Water for Gaza delivers up to four tankers weekly.
Organizers stress that the strongest voices are those of children. “Their words and songs carry the message: let there be no war,” said the association.
