Half a million Sinopharm coronavirus vaccines, which Bosnia's Federation (FBiH) entity purchased earlier this year, have arrived Friday at Sarajevo Airport.
The shipment was received by the Acting Director of the Institute of Public Health of the FBiH Sinisa Skocibusic, and the Deputy Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to BiH, Miao Dake.
This is the largest single delivery of COVID-19 vaccines to Bosnia and Herzegovina to date. A total of 12.5 million Bosnian marks (approx. €6.5 million) were paid for this procurement.
