The Association of Independent Intellectuals, Krug 99, has issued a public call for citizens to gather outside the Office of the High Representative (OHR) on Tuesday at 6pm to send a warning to the Peace Implementation Council (PIC). According to Krug 99, additional technical preparations were required for the event. This gathering follows a dramatic session held Monday titled "How can BiH exit the new political siege?", where participants warned that Bosnia faces a historic turning point and a final attempt at constitutional and territorial destruction.

Krug 99 President Adil Kulenovic stated that a state does not fall when it loses territory, but when people stop believing it is worth defending. He criticized certain power centres within the PIC that announce reductions to the High Representative's authority and relativize the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH. Kulenovic noted that this is a withdrawal of international protection at a time when separatism and ethno-territorial divisions are highly aggressive, warning that weakening the High Representative signals that Dayton is open for revision.

Consequently, Krug 99 invited all citizens, regardless of party affiliation, to peaceful protests in Sarajevo. The three key demands of Krug 99 and the citizens are the preservation of the existing powers of the High Representative until all Constitutional Court decisions are implemented and a functional state protection mechanism is established, alongside reforming the imposed Constitution on civic democratic principles; the uncompromising respect and execution of all decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH without relativization by any political option; and clear opposition to any attempt at territorial division or transferring competencies from the state to entities, particularly regarding state territory, property, and borders.

The Ministry of Traffic of Sarajevo Canton approved temporary traffic changes for the protest area in Zagrebacka Street, specifically the lane directly in front of the OHR building, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Full temporary closures may occur based on police assessments. The organizer must ensure a police presence, and the Ministry recommends that citizens use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
