Consumer prices in FBiH down one percent in June, annual inflation at 3.9 percent

The largest monthly decline was recorded in the transport category, where prices fell by 3.7 percent.

Prices of clothing and footwear decreased by 1.3 percent, while food and non-alcoholic beverages were down by 1.1 percent.

Prices in education fell by 0.7 percent, while housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels declined by 0.6 percent. Prices of miscellaneous goods and services were lower by 0.5 percent.

At the same time, prices in restaurants and hotels increased by 0.7 percent compared with May.

Furniture, household equipment and routine household maintenance, as well as healthcare, recorded price increases of 0.3 percent each, while recreation and culture prices rose by 0.2 percent.

In the categories of alcoholic beverages and tobacco, as well as communications, prices increased by 0.1 percent each.
