The Republic of Croatia has received an invitation from the European Court of Human Rights to join the proceedings in the case of Slaven Kovacevic vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs confirmed to FENA.
The invitation is currently under review, and Croatia will respond within the given deadline, which is October 23.
Kovacevic filed a lawsuit against Bosnia and Herzegovina, arguing that as a member of the “Others”, he is unable to vote for the Serb member of the BiH Presidency or serve as a delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
