Dietmar Koester: Schmidt to blame for BiH being in deadlock again

German MEP Dietmar Köster said in an interview with N1 that High Representative Christian Schmidt is to blame for what is happening in Bosnia and Herzegovina because he himself made decisions and changed the rules of the game. Köster also accused Republika Srpska (RS) entity President Milorad Dodik and his moves for the worsening situation in the country, adding that he and his colleagues will work on imposing sanctions on Dodik in the coming period.
