Dodik condemns ICC decision to issue an arrest warrant for Putin

The President of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik, said that the decision of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to issue an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin is “political and selective” and that it will not lead to anything other than political tensions.
