Dodik congratulates Putin on birthday, says he values "commonality of interests"

"We greatly value the friendly relations between the Republika Srpska and the Russian Federation, and in these difficult times, mutual understanding and the commonality of our interests are of particular importance, which will certainly contribute to the maintenance and development of cultural and economic ties," Dodik wrote in his congratulatory message.

He wished the Russian President good health, well-being and success in his state activities.
