Milorad Dodik, the president of Bosnia's Serb-majority region Republika Srpska, met with Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow on Wednesday, a day after the meeting with president Vladimir Putin.
Dodik briefly mentioned the meeting on his official Twitter account, without providing the details of the talk.
The RS entity president addressed the 11th meeting of the high-ranking officials on security issues, saying on this occasion that “Bosnia and Herzegovina has become an experiment and colony after the war, without appreciation for history and international law.”
Dodik meets Russia’s Putin, says Russia forced into “military operation”
“The first NATO aggression was carried out against the Republika Srpska, and then against Serbia and then against other countries. Today, the entire international politics is in accelerated dynamics and a multipolar order is being established with new power structures. The new challenge is the awakening of the ideology of Nazism and fascism as a weapon against Russia. European energy security is at risk because Europe is still dependent on Russian energy sources,” Dodik said on this occasion.
Russian President Vladimir Putin also addressed the meeting in Moscow, which is attended by representatives from more than 100 countries, via video link.
