Public broadcaster RTRS reported that Dodik also said what will follow after this decision will be meeting of 14 priorities, highlighting the departure of foreign judges from the Constitutional Court of BiH and closing down of the Office of the High Representatives as some of them.

“As far as I can see, they will pass a general decision, which will mean nothing. We will then have to fight for a date and it will always be a seesaw,” Dodik said.

According to him, nothing will change after the European Council's decision.

“Only we will put on agenda all 14 priorities, and that means the departure of foreign judges from the Constitutional Court of BiH and closing down of the OHR. That will be the priority, and once we are done with that, we can speak about the dates, about all other laws,” said Dodik.

The President of Bosnia's Republika Srpska entity, whose SNSD party is a part of the ruling majority in the state-level institutions, refers to the European Council session on March 21-22, when the EU leaders are expected to vote on whether Bosnia and Herzegovina will start the accession talks or not.

So far, some of the EU member states, including Germany, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Slovakia, Greece expressed support to greenlighting the decision.
