Dodik returns to secessionist rhetoric at "Kocic's Gathering"

President of Republika Srpska and SNSD leader, Milorad Dodik, once again threatened secession during his address at the 59th "Kocic's Gathering" in Stricici, despite having previously claimed that he never advocated for it.
