BiH Presidency member, Milorad Dodik, expressed support for Serbs in Kosovo and said that Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity is prepared to do all it can to help them.
“The unity of church and state must exist in the protection of our people in Kosovo and our people will never be left there alone,” Dodik said after he met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Patriarch Porfirije of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
He said that Serbs will not be prosecuted and that “Serbia guarantees the status of freedom for all Serbs wherever they are.”
Dodik said he is worried about the escalation caused by the “irresponsible behaviour” of the Pristina authorities, saying they are ignoring previously reached international agreements related to the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities.
“Our people in Kosovo are determined to get what international law gave them,” he said.
