Dodik says Republika Srpska is a state and SIPA will not operate there

A surprise meeting took place on Monday in Mostar between the leader of the Croat Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HDZ BiH), Dragan Covic, and the leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), Milorad Dodik.
