The Basic Court in Banja Luka pronounced a verdict of acquittal in the case against two crime technicians of the Banja Luka Police Administration, Mikica Marjanc and Zoran Bosnjak, Thursday, on suspicion of the crime of "Tempering Evidence", i.e. destroying the late David Dragicevic's underwear

Davor Dragicevic, David's father, said after the verdict that he was angry with the institutions and that he would set up a tent in front of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 27 this year, where he would stay until further notice.

Namely, in a statement to the media, Dragicevic said that he placed all his hopes on the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Our hopes are with the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and I hope that the Prosecutor's Office will end this farce that has been going on for four years. This is a joint criminal enterprise, organized crime, only with the goal of never finding the perpetrators and murderers of David Dragicevic. It was clear that everything was in the courtroom today, and at the recognition of objects where we got a new photo depicting Sinisa Kojdic, Bojan Karanovic and of course their man Djordje Radjen, who is not in the Republika Srpska entity at the moment. We expect the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to punish all those who participated in the organized murder of David Dragicevic. We will never give up, “Dragicevic said.
