Edin Dzeko is the new player of Turkish Fenerbahce, leaving Inter Milan after two years. The Turkish football club will be the eightth in the career of the Bosnian player.

According to earlier information, Dzeko signed a contract with Fenerbahce until 2025 with an annual salary of 5 million euros plus bonuses.

“Greetings, Fenerbahce fans, I'm glad to be here and I look forward to meeting you,” Dzeko said at the presentation with traditional Turkish tea.

In addition to Fenerbahce, there was also interest from Saudi Arabia and MLS clubs in the last few days, but Dzeko's priority was to stay in Europe.

The captain of the Bosnia national team was Inter Milan player since 2021. He recorded 101 appearances and scored 31 goals, plus 15 assists.

Dubbed ‘Bosnian Diamond’, Dzeko won four trophies in the jersey of the Milan team. Two Super Cups and two Italian Cups. He also reached the final of the Champions League with Inter, but they were defeated by Manchester City in Istanbul.
