EU Ambassador Soreca hails ‘enormous step’ as €976.6 million BiH Reform Agenda gets green light

The European Commission has formally approved Bosnia and Herzegovina's Reform Agenda, a crucial step towards unlocking up to €976.6 million under the EU's Reform and Growth Facility. The Commission concluded that the Agenda, submitted on 30 September 2025, meets the objectives of the Growth Facility Regulation, setting out priority reforms aimed at accelerating the green and digital transitions, boosting private-sector development, retaining talent, and strengthening fundamental rights and the rule of law.
