EU Spec Rep: Few understand the suffering of Ukrainians better than Bosnians

In his recent blog post, the Head of the EU Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Luigi Soreca, argues that "few understand the enormous suffering of Ukrainians better" than people in BiH and that, for them, this war is a painful reminder of their own past.
