EU strongly condemns RS' decision to award Vladimir Putin

EU High Representative’s spokesperson Peter Stano condemned the commemoration of January 9 and the awarding of decorations to Vladimir Putin at the regular press conference of the European Commission in Brussels, saying that the decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina must be respected, and that the awarding of decorations to Putin was deplorable and misguided.
