Famous Bosnian actor Sasa Petrovic died in Sarajevo, on Friday. This sad information was confirmed by the director Srdan Vuletic, who was the first to give him his first leading role in his career.

Aleksandar Sasa Petrovic was born on January 2, 1962 in Sarajevo. He acted in 15 films and two series.

The actor became famous after a role in the legendary Sarajevo play “Audition”. He was regionally known for his role as “Chucky” in the Lepa Brena films.

He had his first lead role in Srdjan Vuletic's film “It's hard to be nice,” for which he won the “Heart of Sarajevo for the best male actor,” at the Sarajevo Film Festival in 2007.
