Fmr police officer accepts plea agreement in the case of murder of Amra Kahrimanovic

 After considering the guilty plea statement and finding that there is sufficient evidence of the accused's guilt, the Court accepted the statement and scheduled a hearing for the imposition of criminal sanctions for July 17, 2024.

In this way, the accused waived his right to a trial, and this case will be legally concluded, without conducting court proceedings.

Tuzla resident Elvis Custendil (51), who served as a police officer of the Tuzla Canton's Interior Ministry, was accused of shooting Amra Kahrimanovic with his official firearm and killing her on the evening of February 7, 2024.
