The Cantonal Court in Tuzla held a hearing on Friday regarding the plea agreement in the case against Elvis Custendil, accused of the murder of Amra Kahrimanovic.
In this way, the accused waived his right to a trial, and this case will be legally concluded, without conducting court proceedings.
Tuzla resident Elvis Custendil (51), who served as a police officer of the Tuzla Canton's Interior Ministry, was accused of shooting Amra Kahrimanovic with his official firearm and killing her on the evening of February 7, 2024.
