Social media networks are buzzing with friends saying goodbye to a Ukrainian soldier known only as Bogdan, whom they say was inspired by the struggle of Bosnians during the war in the nineties.
One tweet said:
“My friend Bogdan died today. He was a lawyer, liked anime and was really funny. He wore a Republic of Bosnia patch on his backpack. He told me that how Bosnians defended our country in the 90’s inspired him and he wanted to be reminded of that. Eternal glory to him.”

“Rest in Power my friend. You didn't just fight and die for liberty in Ukraine, you supported it across the world. You lived with honour. Your honour lives on forever.”
Rest in Power my friend.

You lived with honor.
Your honor lives on forever.
