"I'm here, again," Dodik wrote on the social media platform X.
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs earlier confirmed his participation in the forum via its official Telegram channel. According to Russian media outlet Vedomosti, Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of Russia’s Security Council, has scheduled a bilateral meeting with Dodik during the event.
The 13th security forum, according to the Russian ministry, will focus on global and regional security issues that "require coordinated international efforts for effective resolution."

Representatives from India, Nicaragua, Vietnam, North Korea, Thailand, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, and several other delegations are also expected to attend the forum.
Dodik's visit comes despite an active arrest warrant issued by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for him and his closest associates, Radovan Viskovic and Nenad Stevandic. All three are facing charges related to undermining the constitutional order. Nevertheless, Dodik has repeatedly crossed international borders without hindrance.
