Deputy Minister Goganovic informed the delegation about all the topics they were interested in and pointed out the necessity of improving the living and working conditions of members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina at military locations and their material status.
”Personal income and better living and working conditions at military locations will certainly contribute to increasing the interest of young people in becoming part of the defence system, which was done last year,” Goganovic said.
He also stressed the importance of schooling, education and training of professional military personnel within the defence system and certainly equipping the BiH Armed Forces, as key factors for a functional and operational military.
