Swedish activists for climate changes and human rights Greta Thunberg has arrived in Sarajevo as a part of her southeast Europe tour and after she already paid a visit to Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania.
Thunberg was seen on Friday evening in Sarajevo Old Town area wearing keffiyeh, the Palestinian scarf.
During her regional tour Thunberg said:
"I connected with local activists and learned a lot about how the fight for justice and clean environment is inseparably linked with the fight against deadly fascism and nationalism."
Thunberg was recently deported from Israel, after she was detained in the international waters with another activists trying to deliver much-needed humanitarian aid to the Palestinians in Gaza Strip.
