High Rep's report to UN: RS authorities launched an unprecedented attack

The High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, has sent a report on the situation in our country to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, for distribution to the members of the Security Council ahead of the Council session that will discuss Bosnia and Herzegovina.
