The Agency for Identification Documents, Records, and Data Exchange (IDDEEA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina has called on all government bodies, municipalities, cities, banks, and other institutions to submit requests for access to its electronic web services.

The agency reminds that it has implemented electronic web services and enabled electronic data exchange to avoid lengthy waiting times and the need for printing CIPS certificates.

IDDEEA emphasizes that it will provide free support and enable the electronic exchange of information about citizens’ residences through secure and efficient digital channels. This will make it possible to electronically verify each citizen's place of residence without the need for physical delivery of printed certificates.

They remind that many agencies have already successfully completed this procedure and switched to the electronic system, significantly easing access to services for their citizens. However, there are still many who have not submitted requests to access IDDEEA's web services and continue to require printed certificates from citizens.

“We invite you to join this effort to improve the quality of services and the efficiency of administrative processes for the benefit of our citizens. Please change your internal procedures and switch to the electronic method of verifying residence information. For all information and assistance with the implementation of electronic web services, feel free to contact IDDEEA. Our goal is to work together to make life easier for BiH citizens,” IDDEEA stated in a press release
