Igor Dodik takes lead role in SNSD election campaign, says he "learned politics from the best, from his father"

He said it is a great honour for him to head the SNSD list, which he described as consisting of people of integrity, who are educated, experienced and proven, as well as loyal and dedicated to Republika Srpska.

"I am long accustomed to responsibilities and have long accepted accountability. We are entering the electoral race to win in an honourable and dignified way. Through programme, ideas, work, principles and values," Dodik wrote on the social media platform X.

He added that he will respond to politics with politics and to positions with positions, while he will not respond to personal attacks in the same manner nor answer insults with insults.

"I respect everyone who will take part in that race. I consider them political opponents, not enemies. I learned politics from the best, from my father. I learned how to win. I want victory for Banja Luka, for Republika Srpska, a clean and convincing one," Dodik said.
