Integral Inzenjering denies any ties to Milorad Dodik

In an official statement, the company Integral Inzenjering stressed that it is not true that the company (Integral Inzenjering, owned by Slobodan Stankovic) was awarded major state projects without public tenders.

“International tenders with participation from interested companies worldwide were the main way in which Integral secured contracts. Around 69% of the value of 34 major projects carried out by Integral since 2006 were financed through loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB), with strict prior assessments of Integral by these banks. They oversaw the tender procedures, conducted regular and ad-hoc project audits, and had no objections to Integral’s operations. For years, Integral has generated more than 50% of its annual revenue outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” the company stated.
They added that during their 36 years of existence, they have completed projects worth over 1.5 billion euros, and these are all facts they have detailed in their appeal to the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). They further emphasized that on April 12, 2024, Slobodan Stanković and Integral were removed from OFAC’s sanctions list.

The company also denied claims that Slobodan Stankovic was a “longtime associate of Milorad Dodik.”
“This arbitrary statement suggests that there was, and still is, a strong connection between Milorad Dodik and Integral, with Integral’s business results and growth being a direct consequence. Contrary to this claim, Milorad Dodik does not, and never has, held an ownership stake in Integral and consequently has never benefited from its business activities. He is not related to or a godparent of the late Slobodan Stankovic. Also, the late Slobodan Stankovic was not a member of any political party and did not participate in political life. What they have in common is that both are prominent figures in their respective fields. Integral has been headquartered in Laktasi since 1989, and due to its significant socio-economic impact, its operations have always been of public interest,” the statement reads.
Integral also rejected the claim that the late Slobodan Stanković was “probably the biggest tycoon in Republika Srpska.”
“He was focused on construction and did not expand into other areas such as finance, banking, real estate, agriculture, or similar sectors. He was never listed among the wealthiest individuals in Republika Srpska or Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is not true that the late Slobodan Stankovic had any business dealings with a certain Genadiy Baharev from Uzbekistan, nor was whis person a business partner of Slobodan Stankovic. The yacht mentioned in the article was bought and sold by Slobodan Stankovic through an agency registered for that type of business,” Integral stated.

Finally, they categorically denied that either Slobodan Stankovic or Integral Inzenjering are owners of two apartments in Portoroz.
