The municipality of Istocno Novo Sarajevo has announced a public procurement for the construction of an outdoor swimming pool worth four million Bosnian marks (some €2 million). Pročitaj više

Mayor Jovan Katic announced that the construction should begin in the coming months.

“After finishing the work on the aqua park, we will begin the second phase of the construction of the closed complex. While we are waiting for the legal procedure and for the selection of the most favourable bidder to perform the works, you can see what the complex will look like on the 3D model”, said Katic.

He said earlier that the Municipality recognized the construction of a swimming pool as a project of interest.

“Talking with the citizens and fulfilling the wishes and needs of the residents of our local community, we recognized the construction of a swimming pool in Istocno Novo Sarajevo as a project of interest,” he said at the time, Akta.ba reported.
