Sanctions can encourage people around Bosnia’s Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik or those with ties to Dodik to distance themselves from him, they can simply break his inner circle and separate those people from him, professor Charles Kupchan from Georgetown University told N1 speaking about the current situation in the country.

In an interview with N1, professor Kupchan expressed his confidence there would be no bloodshed and that there will be pressure from the EU and the United States, that will manage to lower the tensions.
