At the invitation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, the second meeting on the topic of digitizing services and strengthening coordination between postal operators and the Ministry was held today.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the entity ministries the three public postal operators - BH Posta, Posta Srpske, Hrvatska Posta, and the Postal Traffic Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Participants agreed on the need to launch a unified Bosnian web portal to offer a range of services to citizens, with post offices leading these activities.
Minister Forto reiterated his unconditional support for the digitization of post offices in Bosnia.
