Lavrov refers to Dodik as “leader of Bosnian Serbs” in apparent shift of Russian rhetoric

Back in September, Russia’s Foreign Minister introduced Milorad Dodik as the “legitimately elected President” of the Bosnian entity Republika Srpska (RS).
