Minister Forto addresses Bosnia's transport crisis and railway projects

Following a session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, confirmed that intensive consultations are currently underway with both domestic and international partners.
