Minister Forto signs addendum ensuring continuation of BiH’s public RTV signal digitization amid sanctions compliance

The Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, signed an addendum on Friday to the contract for procuring equipment for the Public RTV Services Digitization Project in BiH. The agreement was made with representatives of Odasiljaci i veze d.o.o. Zagreb and Nimbus Innovations d.o.o. Banja Luka, the latter of which has assumed all rights, assets, and obligations from Sirius 2010, a company sanctioned by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Pročitaj više
