The pro-Serbian web portal from Montenegro, IN4S, published allegations stating that NATO forces were planning to kidnap BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik. This information was later published by the majority of media outlets in Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity, as well as the RTRS portal belonging to the entity's public emitter.

On that occasion, an unnamed NATO official spoke out and commented on the obviously false allegations.

“The allegations recently published on the Montenegrin portal ‘IN4S’ regarding NATO's plans to kidnap the Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, are nonsense and a completely baseless story. For over two decades, NATO has strongly supported the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. NATO remains committed to a strong political dialogue and practical cooperation with BiH,” he said.

Milorad Dodik himself commented on the claims of the IN4S portal, whose editor-in-chief is sait to be the famous Cuban boxer Félix Savón.

“I see it drew a lot of attention. The first call I received was from my mother, who was very upset about it, so I had to explain to her what it was about. I can now be worried about the fact that no one from NATO has denied such information, but what should we do? We will see, nothing is certain in this world today,” said Dodik.
